    Growing up as a Persian kid in the Bay Area, food was a central part of my cultural background. My parents, both engineers, instilled in me a strong work ethic and a love for solving complex problems. Despite their best efforts, our family’s eating habits weren’t always the healthiest. I struggled with my weight and body image from a young age, feeling self-conscious about my skinny frame and the terrible bacne that made me embarrassed to take my shirt off. To make matters worse, I was extremely shy around girls, which only added to my lack of confidence and self-esteem. As a kid, I was obsessed with anime, particularly shows like Dragon Ball Z. I would spend hours watching these superhero characters battle it out, their muscular physiques and incredible strength captivating me. But despite my parents’ efforts to keep me active, I remained skinny throughout elementary school and into high school, struggling with my confidence and feeling awkward around girls. After graduating college with a master’s degree in computer science, I landed a high-paying software engineering job at one of the best software companies in the world. While I excelled at breaking down technical challenges, I wasn’t happy with my health and physique. Sitting at my desk all day, fueled by soda and fast food, I started to notice my expanding waistline. I felt sluggish and tired, had brain fog all day, but brushed it off as a normal part of working a demanding job. Little did I know, it would take a far more drastic event to truly serve as my WAKE-UP CALL.

    One fateful Tuesday night, I went out to a bar with my best friend to enjoy some tacos and Coronas. In a moment that would change my life forever, a huge brawl broke out. As I pushed through the crowd, I saw my friend knocked unconscious, with two men viciously beating him. Without hesitation, I tried to intervene, but was quickly overpowered. Confused and disoriented, I found myself on the floor, getting kicked and punched by the assailants. No one stepped in to help as I wondered how I had let this happen to us.

    Determined to make a change, I embarked on a LIFE-CHANGING fitness journey. I tried all the popular diets and workout routines, but after months of grueling workouts I hated and restrictive diets, the scale barely budged. I felt like a failure, and hated the idea that it was because I was “getting older” and having a slower metabolism. I realized that true transformation happens when we learn to accept and work with our unique goals and lifestyles, rather than against them.

    That’s when I had my AHA MOMENT. I realized that the key to success lay in a SCIENCE-BASED approach. Applying my data-driven mindset from my computer science background, I dove into the research on calories and body composition. Suddenly, it all clicked – I had been overcomplicating things and forcing myself into fad diets I hated, which was never going to be sustainable.

    The TURNING POINT came when I understood that it wasn’t about spending more time on my fitness journey, but rather being more optimal, intentional, and focused on the things that truly drove results. By applying the same systematic approach I used in my engineering career, while embracing my love for sweets and finding creative solutions that worked for me, I discovered the joy and freedom that comes from achieving health on my own terms. It was about working smarter, not harder, and prioritizing the actions that would make the biggest impact on my well-being.

      I prioritize working with individuals aged 21 and older for several reasons:

      • Working directly with individuals aged 21 and older allows for a more effective exploration of personal goals, decision-making strategies, and lifestyle changes without the potential challenges that may arise when involving parents or guardians in the decision-making process. 

      I recommend participants to have a gym membership for optimal engagement with the program. A gym setting provides access to a variety of equipment and facilities that can enhance your workouts and overall fitness experience.

      While some exercises can be adapted for home use, having access to gym amenities allows for a more comprehensive and effective training regimen. If a gym membership is not feasible, we can discuss alternative options during our consultation to tailor the program to your available resources.

      Your fitness journey is a collaborative effort, and I’m here to ensure it aligns with your preferences and circumstances.

      For those busy with career, family obligations, etc… The beauty of my approach lies in customization. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific commitments and tailor a plan that seamlessly integrates into your routine.

      Whether you have limited time due to work, family, or other obligations, we’ll work collaboratively to create a sustainable and effective fitness and coaching plan that aligns with your unique schedule and goals.

      Most programs and coaches on the internet give you a cookie cutter bullshit workout plan and meal plan and then throw you into the wolves. Not me.

      On our 1 hour onboarding call we talk about your exact situation; allergies, food preferences, injuries, and medical history to create something one-of-a-kind for you. And from there we will ensure constant communication and continuously improve the plan week-to-week to ensure your success.

      This coaching program is designed to provide personalized, one-on-one attention, ensuring a highly tailored and impactful experience for each participant.
